Counseling for holistic individuals motivated for personal growth and change.
One of the challenges of operating a mental health program is navigating the for profit health care system. Providing high quality services while also maximizing profit is a balancing act and daily leadership must make tough decisions about how to balance these two goals.
Having education and experience in both business and clinical, I offer a comprehensive perspective to consulting in the mental health field. I strive to help programs grow and earn profits while ensuring the highest levels of integrity, ethics and patient care. With my blend of skills and strategies, I can offer support to treatment providers in multiple ways including clinical outreach, admissions, marketing and operations.

The first step in exploring a consulting partnership is a discovery meeting. During this complimentary meeting, we will discuss your business needs and goals and how I might be able to help. From there you have the option of moving forward with an evaluation service. An evaluation includes a comprehensive set of proprietary business assessments and a summary of findings report which reviews your program’s strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement. This report also includes concrete steps which you may implement on your own as well as a consulting proposal if you would like to engage with me further. The consulting proposal will outline the scope of work, timeline and fees. I can contract for specific projects or a monthly retainer for more sustained support.
